Are your jade pieces genuine and where are they sourced from?

All the pieces in our collection are genuine Burmese Type-A Jadeite sourced directly from Myanmar. Every piece has also been sent for certification and appraised by Nan Yang Gemological Institute, a renowned gemologist in Singapore. An official certificate of authenticity will come with every purchase. Type-A Jadeite means that the jade is natural and it has not been chemically treated or artificially dyed. This is the most valued and trusted form of jadeite amongst collectors and buyers seeking natural jade.
For local purchases within Singapore, we offer a free personal delivery service with any purchase of any price. We also offer international shipping to any country through various international shipping services.

How much is shipping and how long would it take?

Local purchases in Singapore are free with an expected delivery time of 1 to 2 days. International shipping is free for any purchase above SGD$250 with an expected delivery time of 14 to 21 days depending on location. A tracking number with whichever courier service used will be provided.
What is your exchange and refund policy?

We hope to provide you with the utmost care and level of professionalism when purchasing any of the pieces in our collection. We sincerely apologize we do not offer a refund however we do provide a 10 day exchange policy for instore credits to be used on your next piece if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. Returns must be done within the 10 day exchange period. The piece must be returned in the same condition you have received it with the original packaging.
Can I request for more photos or videos before committing to a purchase?
